My Story

I was born and raised in Guthrie, Oklahoma. I competed in multiple sports in high school becoming an All State wide receiver in football. I accepted a scholarship offer to Kansas State University were I played football for 2 years before transferring back to Oklahoma and playing at Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma. I finished my degree at the University of Central Oklahoma obtaining a bachelor degree in Exercise Science and Fitness Management. After college I got my certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I began training after that working with athletes as young as 4 all the way up to professional athletes. Some of the professionals I’ve worked with include Brad Penny, Roy Williams, Corey Nelson, Gil Roberts, JR Davis, Epke Udoh, Demontre Hurst, Kentrell Brothers, Dominique Franks, Jeff Richards as well as many others. I also helped lead two athletes to state records in the 100 meter dash back to back years. Training athletes is my passion and I take pride in helping athletes achieve things they never thought was capable.
